The National Special Districts Coalition (NSDC) is the only national organization federally representing and advocating for all special districts. The Coalition leads to elevate awareness of the nation’s 35,000 special districts and the critical, essential services they provide in thousands of communities to millions of Americans. NSDC’s federal advocacy priority is to lead the national strategy to ensure eligibility for federally funded programs for local government services and to ensure special districts’ common interests are heard in Washington, DC.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, National Special Districts Coalition
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
