FY 2026 Behavioral Health Mobile Crisis Team Partnerships (MCTP)
WHAT DOES IT FUND? Formerly known as Cooperative Agreements for Innovative Community Crisis Response Partnerships, the purpose of this program is to establish new, or enhance existing, mobile crisis teams that serve children, youth, and adults experiencing mental health or substance use crises. Its focus is the expansion of behavioral health crisis response capacity and the development of structured partnerships that reduce reliance on law enforcement and emergency departments for behavioral health crises. FY 2026 Behavioral Health and Community Safety Partnerships
WHAT DOES IT FUND? Formerly known as the Resiliency in Communities After Stress and Trauma (ReCAST) program, this program is to support communities in reducing the behavioral health impacts of crime, violence, and disorder; strengthening community safety; and improving outcomes for youth, families, and other individuals affected by crime, violence, and disorder. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Eligible applicants are states and territories, political subdivisions of the state, Indian tribes and organizations, health facilities, programs operated by or in accordance with a contract or award with the Indian Health Service, and other public or private nonprofit organizations with documentation of nonprofit status, including faith-based organizations.

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to develop and disseminate training and technical assistance to address the high prevalence of opioid and stimulant use and misuse affecting rural communities. Click here for more information.

FY 2026 Safety Through Recovery, Engagement, and Evidence-Based Treatment and Support (STREETS)
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support comprehensive, street-based engagement, treatment, and recovery support services for individuals who are homeless and have serious mental illness (SMI), serious emotional disturbance (SED), substance use disorders (SUD), or co-occurring mental and substance use disorders (COD). FY 2026 Bureau of Land Management Cultural and Paleontological Resource Management – Bureau Wide
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program seeks to establish partnerships that collaboratively encourage the public to learn about and engage with heritage resources, with the goals of building a meaningful conservation stewardship legacy through expanding recreation opportunities on public lands, working to ensure meaningful consultation and self-determination for Tribes, enhancing visitor experience on public lands by better meeting infrastructure and maintenance needs, and eliminating unnecessary steps and duplicative reviews while maintaining rigorous environmental standards. WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides participants with opportunities to gain work experience in public lands and natural resources management. Through this experience, youth gain an appreciation for public lands, learn about natural resource management careers, and become the next generation of public land stewards. FY 2025 Historic Preservation Fund: African American Civil Rights Preservation Grants
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to document and preserve the sites and stories of the full history of the African American struggle to gain equal rights, from transatlantic slave trade forward. This program will fund a broad range of preservation projects for historic sites, including architectural services, historic structure reports, preservation plans, and physical preservation to structures. Funding will be provided for the physical preservation of historic sites to include historic districts, buildings, sites, structures, and objects. Click here for more information.
