Associate Advisory Committee
The National Special Districts Association (NSDA) is proud to announce the formation of the Associate Member Advisory Committee, a collaborative forum that provides our Associate Members with a direct voice in shaping NSDA’s growth and strategic direction. We extend our sincere appreciation to the founding members of the Associate Member Advisory Committee for their leadership and commitment. Their dedication exemplifies the spirit of collaboration that defines NSDA’s mission: Championing Local Services, Advancing National Impact.
- Nebraska Association of Resources Districts
- Washington Association of Public Hospital Districts
- Washington Association of Sewer and Water Districts
- Washington Public Utility Districts Association
As outlined in our bylaws, this committee was created to “engage and solicit feedback from Associate Members related to the business and issues of importance to NSDA and its members.” It represents a meaningful opportunity for our valued partners to contribute ideas, share expertise, and help guide the association’s future as we expand into new states and regions.
"The Associate Member Advisory Committee will serve as a key platform for dialogue, innovation sharing, and partnership", said Ann Terry, Chair, NSDA. "By connecting directly with the Board of Directors, committee members ensure that the perspective of Associate Members—those who support and serve special districts nationwide—is heard and integrated into NSDA’s initiatives."
Members will meet periodically with NSDA leadership to discuss emerging trends, strengthen collaboration, and identify ways to enhance the value of NSDA’s programs and advocacy.
