FY 2027 Title X Family Planning Services Grants
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support voluntary family planning projects that offer a broad range of acceptable and effective family planning methods and services, including natural family planning methods, infertility services, and services for adolescents. FY 2026 North American Wetlands Conservation Act U.S. Standard Grant Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program funds public-private partnerships carrying out wetland conservation projects in the United States under the authority of the North American Wetlands Conservation Act. Funded projects must focus on the long-term protection, restoration, or enhancement of wetland and associated upland habitats to benefit wetland ecosystems and sustain populations of waterfowl and other wetlands-associated migratory birds. Eligible applicants include state, county, city, township, or special district governments; independent school districts; public, state-controlled, and private institutions of higher education, federally recognized tribal governments and tribal organizations, nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status, and small businesses.

FY 2026 North American Wetlands Conservation Act Mexico Grants
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program promotes partnerships to protect, restore, and manage wetlands and related habitats for migratory birds and wildlife across North America. Its goals include maintaining and improving wetland bird populations and ensuring sustainable numbers of waterfowl and other species. These efforts align with major conservation plans and international agreements involving the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and other countries. Click here for more information.

Eligible applicants include local, state, federal, and tribal governments; special districts; non-profit organizations, private, public, and state institutions of higher education; independent school districts; small businesses; other Native American tribal organizations; and individuals.

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to restore and conserve fish and wildlife habitat for the benefit of federal trust resources and the communities that depend on them by providing direct technical and financial assistance to private landowners. Click here for more information.

FY 2026 Electric or Low-Emitting Ferry Pilot Program (Low-No Ferry Program)
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support the purchase of electric or low-emitting ferries and the electrification or other reduction of emissions from existing ferries. Funding will support capital projects that include the purchase of electric or low-emitting ferry vessels that reduce emissions by using alternative fuels or on-board energy storage systems and related charging infrastructure to reduce emissions or produce zero onboard emissions under normal operation. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Eligible applicants are eligible recipients of Section 5307 or 5311 funds, which include states, territories, local governments, and tribal governments that operate a public ferry system.

FY 2026 Ferry Service for Rural Communities Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides capital, planning, and operating assistance to support essential passenger ferry service in rural areas. Authorized under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, the Rural Ferry Program aims to ensure that rural communities retain access to basic ferry transportation. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Eligible applicants include states and U.S. territories in which eligible rural ferry service is operated.
