FY 2026 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part C Capacity Development Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to strengthen the capacity of community-based organizations to improve health outcomes and reduce HIV transmission, especially for people not yet in regular HIV care. Click here for more information.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Eligible applicants are states, local governments, special districts, institutions of higher education, Native American tribal governments, and nonprofit organizations.

FY 2026 Technology-Enabled Collaborative Learning Program (TCLP)
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports the evaluation, development, and expanded use of technology-enabled collaborative learning and capacity building models to improve retention of health care providers and increase access to care in rural, frontier, and medically underserved areas. Eligible applicants include state, county, city, township, and special district governments; independent school districts; private, public and state-controlled institutions of higher education; Native American tribal governments and tribal organizations; nonprofit organizations; for-profit organizations including small businesses; and faith-based organizations.

FY 2024-2025 Youth Homelessness Demonstration (YHDP) Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to implement projects to demonstrate how a comprehensive approach to serving homeless youth can dramatically reduce youth homelessness. This program funds direct housing and services for homeless youth. Click here for more information.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Eligible applicants are state, county, city or township, special district, and federally recognized Native American tribal governments; other Native American tribal organizations; public and state institutions of higher education; 501(c)(3) nonprofits; and faith-based organizations.

FY 2024-2025 Youth Homelessness System Improvement (YHSI) Grants
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support selected communities in establishing and implementing a response system for youth homelessness or for improving their existing response system. FY 2025-2026 WaterSMART Cooperative
Watershed Management Program (CWMP) Phase I
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program funds local watershed groups to develop collaborative, community-driven solutions to water management challenges across the western United States. Grants support watershed group development, restoration planning, and watershed management project planning and design. Click here for more information.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Eligible applicants are existing watershed groups and entities sponsoring the establishment of new watershed groups. Applicants must be located in one of the following states or territories: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $25 million
WHEN IS IT DUE? October 7, 2026 (Round 1); February 24, 2027 (Round 2); September 1, 2027 (Round 3); February 15, 2028 (Round 4)
National Fish and Wildlife Foundation
FY 2026 Conservation Partners Program (CPP)
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports locally led projects that provide technical assistance to agricultural producers seeking to voluntarily adopt regenerative agriculture systems and conservation practices. Award recipients provide technical assistance to farmers and ranchers to develop conservation plans, implement conservation practices, and enroll in Farm Bill conservation programs. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, state and local governments, tribal governments and organizations, and educational institutions. Projects must take place in the priority geographic areas of the Great Plains, the Upper Mississippi River Basin, the Great Lakes Basin, and Western Working Lands.
