FY 2025 Patrick Leahy Bulletproof Vest Partnership (BVP) Program
- WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program reimburses states, units of local government, and federally recognized Indian tribes, for up to 50 percent of the cost of body armor vests purchased for law enforcement officers.
- WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Eligible entities are jurisdictions that employ law enforcement officers, including general-purpose units of local government, federally recognized Indian tribes, and state governments.
