FY 2025 OneRD Guarantee Loan Initiative: Business and Industry Loan Guarantees
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides loan guarantees to eligible lenders for their loans to rural businesses. This program is intended to improve the economic health of rural communities by increasing access to business capital through loan guarantees that will enable commercial lenders to provide affordable financing for rural businesses.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Eligible applicants are lenders with the legal authority, sufficient experience, and financial strength to operate successful lending programs, including lenders that are subject to supervision and credit examination by the applicable agency of the United States or a state. Lenders may request guarantees for the following borrowers: for-profit or non-profit businesses, cooperatives, federally-recognized tribes, public bodies, and individuals engaged or proposing to engage in a business.

FY 2025 Regional Alliances and Multistakeholder Partnerships to Stimulate (RAMPS) Cybersecurity Education and Workforce Development
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to build multistakeholder workforce partnerships of employers, schools and institutions of higher education, and other community organizations to develop cybersecurity career pathways that address local workforce needs.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Accredited institutions of higher education; non-profit organizations; for-profit organizations incorporated in the United States; state, local, territorial, and Indian tribal governments

FY 2025 COPS School Violence Prevention Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to improve security at schools and on school grounds through the implementation of evidence-based school safety programs and technology.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States, units of local government, Indian tribes, and their public agencies including school districts, including public charter schools and school districts with a single school; school boards; and law enforcement agencies
TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $73 million

National Endowment for the Humanities
FY 2025 Preservation and Access Education and Training
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports projects that develop and implement educational programs for professionals who preserve and provide access to humanities collections. Such materials include but are not limited to moving image and sound recordings, archaeological artifacts, born-digital and digitized collections, rare books and manuscripts, archival records, material culture, and art.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations, accredited institutions of higher education, state and local governments, and federally recognized Native American Tribal governments
TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $2.7 million
