FY 2025 Celebrating America250: Arts Projects Honoring the National Garden of American Heroes

  • What does it fund? Supports projects in any discipline that celebrate the contributions to American history of individuals featured in the National Garden of American Heroes. Eligible formats include plays, operas, literary works, concerts, visual arts, museum exhibitions, and more.
  • Who's eligible? Nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) U.S. organizations; units of state or local government; federally recognized tribal communities or tribes
  • Total funding amount? $500,000
  • When is it due? July 14, 2025

National Endowment for the Humanities

FY 2025 Rediscovering Our Revolutionary Tradition

  • What does it fund? Supports preservation and improved access to primary source materials on America’s founding era and government. Eligible activities include conservation, digitization, transcription, translation, and updating existing digital resources.
  • Who's eligible? Nonprofits, accredited higher education institutions, state and local governments and agencies, federally recognized Native American Tribal governments
  • Total funding amount? $14 million
  • When is it due? September 4, 2025; January 15, 2026
