Department of Agriculture

FY 2025 Meat and Poultry Processing Expansion Program Phase 3– Invasive Wild Caught Catfish (MPPEP3)

  • WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to provide grants to help eligible meat and poultry processors expand their capacity. The funding is available specifically for the processing of wild-caught invasive catfish. 
  • WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State and local governments, tribes and tribal organizations, nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) status other than institutions of higher education, small businesses and other for-profit organizations, and producer-owned cooperatives and corporations, certified benefit corporations
  • TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $6 million
  • WHEN IS IT DUE? October 6, 2025

Department of Transportation

FY 2025-2026 Innovative Finance and Asset Concession (IFAC) Grant Program

  • WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program to facilitate and evaluate public-private partnerships in which the private sector partner could assume a greater role in project planning, development, financing, construction, maintenance, and operation, including by assisting eligible entities in entering into Asset Concessions. 
  • WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Public entities that own, control, or maintain Existing Assets, and have the legal authority to enter a contract to transfer ownership, maintenance, operations, revenues, or other benefits and responsibilities for those Assets
  • TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $45.98 million
  • WHEN IS IT DUE? October 1, 2025
