FY 2026 Continuum of Care Competition and Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Grants
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The Continuum of Care (CoC) program promotes a community-wide commitment to ending homelessness; provides funding for efforts to quickly rehouse homeless individuals, families, persons fleeing domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking, while minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused by homelessness; promotes access to and effective utilization of mainstream programs and programs funded with state or local resources; and optimizes self-sufficiency among homeless individuals and families. The Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) supports the development and implementation of a coordinated community approach to preventing and ending youth homelessness and sharing that experience with and mobilizing communities around the country toward the same end. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Eligible applicants include state governments, county governments, city and township governments, special district governments, public and state-controlled institutions of higher education, federally recognized Native American tribal governments, public housing authorities, Native American tribal organizations, faith-based organizations, and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.

FY 2026 Nationally Significant Multimodal Freight and Highways Projects (INFRA)
WHAT DOES IT FUND? Track 1 of this program funds surface transportation infrastructure projects of national or regional significance that improve the safety, efficiency, and reliability of freight and people movement. Track 2 of this program provides dedicated federal funding for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) parking projects of national or regional significance that expand safe, accessible public parking for commercial drivers along the nation's most critical freight corridors. Eligible applicants include states; metropolitan planning organizations serving urbanized areas; units of local government; political subdivisions of state or local governments; special purpose districts; federal land management agencies; tribal governments; and multi-state corridor organizations.
