FY 2026 AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to strengthen communities and develop leaders through direct, team-based national and community service projects on a short-term basis. Click here for more information.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Nonprofit, secular, and faith-based organizations; local, state, and federal government entities; Native American and Alaskan tribes; national or state parks, forests, and other public lands; and public schools and universities
TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? Rather than providing monetary awards, this program places a full-time team to serve with sponsoring organizations
WHEN IS IT DUE? Rolling. Applicants invited to apply will be sent an application to complete by September 19, 2025, or November 21, 2025

FY 2025 Elder Justice Innovation Grants
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to address gaps in knowledge and practices related to elder justice and adult maltreatment prevention. The program focuses on developing, testing, and disseminating innovative approaches to prevent and intervene in cases of adult maltreatment, which includes physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, financial exploitation, neglect, and self-neglect of older adults and adults with disabilities. FY 2025 First Responders: Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Support Services Act Grant (FR-CARA)
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to train first responders and communities in administering and distributing opioid overdose reversal medications (OORMs). Award recipients are expected to provide overdose prevention training and education, engage with their communities and partners, and implement activities aligned with evidence-based, trauma-informed care practices. Additionally, award recipients must establish processes for post-overdose support and referrals to support services. Click here for more information.

FY 2025 Targeted Capacity Expansion: Special Projects
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to implement targeted strategies to provide treatment and related services for substance use disorder (SUD) and/or co-occurring disorder (COD) to communities with a higher prevalence of SUD/COD. Click here for more information.

FY 2025 Lead Hazard Reduction Grant Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to assist units of local government in undertaking comprehensive programs to identify and control lead-based paint hazards in eligible privately-owned rental or owner-occupied housing populations. Healthy Homes Supplemental funding is also available to enhance the lead-based paint hazard control activities by comprehensively identifying and addressing other housing hazards that affect occupant health in homes being treated under this grant.
