Department of Defense
FY 2025 Community Noise Mitigation Program
- WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to reduce the impact of military fixed-wing aviation noise on covered facilities, which include hospitals, daycare facilities, schools, facilities serving senior citizens, and private residences. These facilities must be located either within one (1) mile of a military installation or another location at which military aircraft are stationed (one mile is determined from the location’s outermost boundary), or within an area experiencing a day-night average sound level of 65 decibels or greater due to military fixed-wing aviation noise.

Department of Defense
FY 2025 Defense Community Infrastructure Program (DCIP)
- WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program is designed to address deficiencies in community infrastructure, supportive of a military installation, in order to enhance military value, installation resilience, and military family quality of life or contribute to the training of cadets enrolled in an independent program at a covered educational institution.
- WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State and local governments owning infrastructure outside of, but supporting, a military installation
- TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $90 million
- WHEN IS IT DUE? July 3, 2025
Department of Justice
- WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports projects that engage men and youth in preventing domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
- WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Nonprofit organizations, tribal organizations, Indian tribal governments, and units of government or agencies of units of local government in the United States or U.S. territories
- TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $3.5 million
- WHEN IS IT DUE? July 8, 2025 (Grants.gov), July 10, 2025 (JustGrants)
National Fish and Wildlife Foundation
FY 2025 Conservation Partners Program
- WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to accelerate the voluntary adoption of regenerative agriculture principles and conservation practices on private working lands in priority geographic areas. To support the program goal, award recipients will provide technical assistance to farmers and ranchers to help them develop conservation plans, design and implement conservation practices, enroll in Farm Bill conservation programs, and share their experiences and lessons learned.
