FY 2025 Bureau of Land Management Aquatic Resource Management

  • WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support riparian and wetland areas, aquatic habitats, and water resources to ensure water availability. The program also supports tools to inform efficient and effective environmental reviews and to restore degraded water resources.
  • WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State, county, and city or township governments; Native American tribal governments and tribal organizations; public, state, and private institutions of higher education; and non-profits with or without 501(c)(3) status with the IRS

FY 2025 Bureau of Land Management Forest and Woodland Resource Management

  • WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to maintain and improve the resilience of forest and woodland ecosystems to wildfire, insects, disease, and drought through density management using timber sales, stewardship agreements, and other agreements.

FY 2025 Bureau of Land Management Fuels Management and Community Fire Assistance – Bureau Wide

  • WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to provide strategic investments in managing vegetation by reducing the intensity, severity, or negative effects of wildfire, helping restore and maintain healthy ecosystems and supporting communities in becoming fire adapted.

FY 2025 Bureau of Land Management Invasive and Noxious Plant Management Program – Bureau Wide

  • WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support projects that prevent, detect, inventory, control, and monitor weed populations on public lands. 
  • WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State, county, city or township, and tribal governments; institutions of higher education; Native American tribal organizations; and nonprofits. California and Colorado will not be accepting applications for this funding opportunity
  • TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $3,000,000

FY 2025 Bureau of Land Management Rangeland Resource Management – Bureau Wide

  • WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to conduct inventories, assessments and evaluations of soil and vegetation conditions and land health. Funded projects under this program will focus on high priority work affecting the program nationally by crossing state boundaries, such as activities that support maintaining or achieving land health and productivity, increasing soil carbon sequestration, and creating resilient landscapes to benefit current and future generations.

  • WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support and oversee recreation related programs that provide many opportunities for outdoor enjoyment and experiences on public lands. BLM programs are designed not only to enhance recreational experiences but also to support vibrant local economies and promote the multiple use of and sustained yield from public lands.

  • WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to responsibly administer program activities to support maintaining functioning wildlife habitats; developing and implementing restoration projects; and the inventory and monitoring of priority habitats and species to track trends and use on public lands.

  • WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to increase the national native seed supply chain by working with private industry, federal, state, tribal and other partners.
  • WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State governments, county governments, city or township governments, public and state-controlled institutions of higher education, Native American tribal governments (federally recognized), Native American tribal organizations (other than federally recognized tribal governments), nonprofit organizations with or without 501(c)(3) status, and private institutions of higher education

National Endowment for the Arts

FY 2026 Arts and Artifacts Indemnity Program

  • WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to provide indemnification against loss or damage for eligible artworks, artifacts, and objects in domestic exhibitions. The program supports indemnity coverage of eligible objects owned by public or private collections while on exhibition in the United States. 
  • WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Non-profit organizations and governmental units

National Endowment for the Arts

FY 2026 Arts and Artifacts Indemnity Program - Part B International Indemnity

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of the International Indemnity program is to indemnify eligible objects being brought to the United States from abroad, or to indemnify eligible objects in the United States being sent abroad for temporary exhibitions.
