Corporation for National and Community Service
FY 2026 AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) Program
- WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to strengthen communities and develop leaders through direct, team-based national and community service projects on a short-term basis.
- WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Nonprofit, secular, and faith-based organizations; local, state, and federal government entities; Native American and Alaskan tribes; national or state parks, forests, and other public lands; and public schools and universities
- TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? Rather than providing monetary awards, this program places a full-time team to serve with sponsoring organizations
- WHEN IS IT DUE? Rolling. Applicants invited to apply will be sent an application to complete by September 19, 2025, or November 21, 2025

FY 2025 Rural Community Development Initiative
- WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides funding for qualified intermediary organizations that will provide financial and technical assistance to recipients to develop their capacity and ability to undertake projects related to housing, community facilities, or community and economic development in rural areas.
- WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Qualified private organizations, nonprofit organizations (including faith-based and community organizations), and public (including Tribal) intermediary organizations

FY 2025 Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Process and Technology Improvement Grant
- WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support efforts to develop and implement projects that use technology to improve the quality and efficiency of SNAP application and eligibility determination systems.
- WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State agencies that administer SNAP, state and local governments, agencies providing health or welfare services, public health or educational entities, Indian tribal organizations, and private nonprofit entities

FY 2025 Basic Center Program
- WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides temporary, emergency shelter and counseling services to youth under the age of 18 who have run away or are experiencing homelessness or housing instability and are not already receiving services from the child welfare or the juvenile justice systems.
- WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Independent school districts, state and local governments, institutions of higher education, public and Indian housing authorities, nonprofit organizations, and Native American tribal governments and organizations
- TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $23.3 million

FY 2025 Elder Justice Innovation Grants
- WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to address gaps in knowledge and practices related to elder justice and adult maltreatment prevention. The program focuses on developing, testing, and disseminating innovative approaches to prevent and intervene in cases of adult maltreatment, which includes physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, financial exploitation, neglect, and self-neglect of older adults and adults with disabilities.

FY 2025 First Responders: Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Support Services Act Grant (FR-CARA)
- WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to train first responders and communities in administering and distributing opioid overdose reversal medications (OORMs). Award recipients are expected to provide overdose prevention training and education, engage with their communities and partners, and implement activities aligned with evidence-based, trauma-informed care practices. Additionally, award recipients must establish processes for post-overdose support and referrals to support services.

- WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to provide street-based outreach; safe, stable, and appropriate shelter; and comprehensive services for a period of 18 months, or 21 months under extenuating circumstances, to pregnant or parenting youth ages 16 through 21 who have run away from home, been forced to leave home, have no safe alternate living arrangement, are experiencing homelessness, or are at risk of being homeless.

Public and private nonprofit entities with or without a 501(c)(3) status, state and local governments, independent school districts, private and public or state controlled institutions of higher education, public and Indian housing authorities, and Native American tribal governments and organizations

FY 2025 Targeted Capacity Expansion: Special Projects
- WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to implement targeted strategies to provide treatment and related services for substance use disorder (SUD) and/or co-occurring disorder (COD) to communities with a higher prevalence of SUD/COD.
- WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Local governments, academic institutions, Native American Tribes, public or private nonprofits, state government, and tribal organizations and institutions
- TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $7,125,000

- WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to provide street-based outreach; safe, stable, and appropriate shelter; and comprehensive services to youth ages 16 through 21 who have run away from home, been forced to leave home, have no safe alternate living arrangement, or are at risk of being homeless. Shelter provided through these programs lasts for 18 months, or 21 months under extenuating circumstances.

Department of Housing and Urban Development
FY 2025 Lead Hazard Reduction Grant Program
- WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to assist units of local government in undertaking comprehensive programs to identify and control lead-based paint hazards in eligible privately-owned rental or owner-occupied housing populations. Healthy Homes Supplemental funding is also available to enhance the lead-based paint hazard control activities by comprehensively identifying and addressing other housing hazards that affect occupant health in homes being treated under this grant.
