As ordered reported by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on March 18, 2026, The Congressional Budget Office released the Cost Estimate for the Special District Fairness and Accessiblity Act of 2026.  This is an important step in the process which clarifies there is no Direct Spending impact nor an impact on the Federal Deficit.
